Agendas are linked for the most recent and upcoming meetings.
Minutes are posted after they are approved.
All minutes and agendas are current year only. For agendas and minutes for previous years, contact the clerk.

The town board may also call special meetings, which will be noticed here and on the Calendar of Events.
All town residents are encouraged to attend. There is a standing monthly meeting agenda item for public comment.

Meetings of Electors
Electors are all town residents who are 18 years of age or older. They need to be eligible to vote in regular elections (Wis. Stat. s. 6.03), but they don’t need to be registered to vote. Electors can be property owners or renters. People who own property in the township but don’t live here can’t vote at meetings of electors, but the chair may allow them to speak.
The annual town meeting of electors is held the third Tuesday of April.
The only standing agenda item is the board’s presentation of an annual financial statement.
The chair can allow electors to discuss anything at the meeting and offer the board advice.
Electors can choose to vote on anything over which they have statutory authority; listed in Wis. Stat. §60.10.
The public budget and levy hearings are held in November.
At the budget hearing the board presents and explains its proposed budget for the following year.
Electors can ask questions and make comments about the proposed budget before its final adoption by the board (done at a separate meeting); electors do not vote on the budget.
The levy hearing is typically held right after the budget hearing; at this hearing electors vote to approve (or disapprove) the town tax levy.
Additional meetings of town electors may also be held as needed; for example to endorse an increase to the town’s tax levy limit.
